No login needed and they do not seem to mind using keywords as your "name", comments are moderated and I do not know how long that takes. There is a wide range of categories so most people should be able to find something reasonably relevant to their niche. (jan)
Popsci [Science and Technology] Popular Science Website deals with all aspects of science and technology. You can find anything from cars to space to the environment there. Many of the internal posts have good PR on their own. You do need to create an account and the "name" link goes to your profile page. You can put URL's in the comments but you have to use www url com, no http and no URL's that do not have the www prefacing unless you want your comment to be moderated. The favorite post seems to be "Who Protects the Internet" which is a PR 6 post, just search for protects internet and it will pop up. If you go to some of the older posts that have a PR of 3 or 4 you can be the only comment. (jan)
